By booking a session at Diggers Cafeyou agree to these terms. They’re plain English on purpose. If anything is unclear, email info@diggers.cafe.
Bookings
Each booking is for a specific date, time, and number of seats. The full price is charged at the time of booking. We hold your seats from when you start booking; if you don’t complete payment within about an hour the seats are released and your booking is cancelled automatically.
Changes & cancellations
- You can change or cancel your booking via the link in the confirmation email up to 24 hours before the start time.
- Cancellations more than 24 hours ahead are refunded in full.
- Cancellations within 24 hoursaren’t automatically refunded — email us, we’re reasonable about illness and emergencies.
- If we have to cancel for any reason (machinery, weather, etc.) you get a full refund.
Vouchers
Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from purchase, can be used for any session at this location, and are non-refundable for cash. They can be used in part across multiple bookings until the balance runs out.
On the day
- Drivers must be at least 4 years old. Under-7s should have an adult alongside them.
- Please arrive 5 minutes before your slot. Late arrivals get the time remaining in their slot — we can’t run sessions over because they affect the next group.
- The vehicles are real machines. Treat them with care. We reserve the right to end a session if a driver is misusing equipment or acting unsafely.
Photos
You can opt in (or out) of being photographed when you book. If you opted in, photos may appear on our website or social channels. Email us any time to request removal — we’ll do it within 7 days.
Liability
We carry public liability insurance. We don’t exclude liability for personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything we legally can’t exclude. Otherwise our liability for any single booking is capped at the price you paid for it.
Right to refuse
We may refuse service if behaviour is unsafe, abusive, or under the influence. Reasonable refunds are at our discretion.
