Do spectators need a ticket?
Only operators, the people at the controls, need a ticket. Spectators are welcome free of charge.
How old do you need to be?
Each machine shows a minimum age when you book. Children must be supervised by an adult, and younger children can share the controls with a paying adult operator. Adults are very welcome too.
How long is a session?
Session length is shown when you choose a time. Please arrive 10 minutes early for a short safety briefing.
Can I pick which machine I drive?
Yes. When booking, you choose a machine for each operator. Each machine is reserved exclusively for your session.
Can I change or cancel my booking?
Yes. Use the link in your confirmation email to reschedule or cancel online, up to 24 hours before your session. Inside that window, please contact us and we'll help where we can.
Do you host parties and larger groups?
Yes. For birthdays, schools, corporate events or exclusive hire, send us an enquiry and we'll put together a tailored package.
Is there food and drink?
Yes. Every site has a full café serving coffee, hot drinks, food and cakes.
