Terms & conditions

These terms apply to bookings, gift vouchers and visits to Diggers Remote Control Café locations, whether run by us or by a franchisee.

Bookings

• A booking is for the number of operator seats shown, in a specific timed slot, with the machines you selected. Spectators do not need a booking.
• Your booking is confirmed once payment is taken and you receive a confirmation email. Seats are held for a short time while you pay.
• Please arrive 10 minutes before your session. Late arrival may shorten your session, as the next group's slot can't be delayed.
• Each machine shows a minimum age. Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.

Changes and cancellations

• You can move or cancel your booking online, free of charge, up to the cut-off shown on your booking (normally 24 hours before your session). Card payments are refunded in full to the original card. Any amount paid by gift voucher is returned to the voucher.
• Inside the cut-off, bookings can't be changed or refunded online. Contact us and we'll help where we can.
• If we have to cancel (for example, machine failure or closure), we'll offer a new time or a full refund.

Gift vouchers

• Vouchers are valid for 12 months from purchase, can be used over multiple visits, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Keep your voucher code safe. Anyone with the code can redeem it.

Safety and conduct

Please follow staff instructions. We may end a session without refund if machines are deliberately misused or behaviour puts others at risk. Damage caused by deliberate misuse may be charged.

Promo codes

Promo codes can't be combined unless stated, have no cash value and may be withdrawn at any time.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights. Note that bookings for leisure services on a specific date are exempt from the 14-day cancellation period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
